Fuwari bobbin thread is a special type of thread that seals the back of the design when heated properly. One characteristic of this special thread is that it is thicker than "normal" bobbin thread. This means when you wind a bobbin full of Fuwari bobbin thread, there will be less thread on the bobbin than with ordinary bobbin thread.
When the bobbin thread get's low - go ahead and change it. Don't wait for it to run out! When it gets low, it puts stress on the needle.
